We've got a long way to go before Iraq has a "strong military", and I'm not entirely sure that military dictatorship will be a terribly positive outcome for Iraqis. Things are so unstable right now that the outcome is in doubt. Can the moderate majority keep control from the the Shiite fanatics and the unhappy former Saddam crowd? TWT. As I have said from the start, it won't be "Peoria." The most stable bunch are the Kurds.
