Interesting information. Who knows what these people motives were for selling stock. Maybe they weren't happy with the rumour news they may have heard that day. IMO, if a company is going to be acquired, some upper managers of that sought after company may not look favorably on the acquisition as their position may be in jeopardy.

Do you have any speculation on their motives to sell?
