Maybe it's because I've moved so many times it is a pain to try and bring EVERYTHING you need to the DMV, stand in a two hour line, only to have them tell you that something is out of line or missing, and then you have to stand in line again... This isn't just one state, it's all of them. PA was the worse state to get a drivers license, it was a THREE step process, requiring you to wait and then go to the next step. I understand they finally updated it...someone was getting rich off that one... Speaking of getting rich, did you read about Atlanta's Sheriff losing millions on a scam?
