idl, pls. ask Heinz for proof of this statement I think he is quite exaggerating to justify his dooms day scenario ". they use customized pipeline parts that are not easy to replace ( i.e. if they were damaged, there are no 'off-the-shelf' replacement parts - they have to be custom built to fit ) "
