Saturday marks the first anniversary of Junior's visit to the deck of the USS Abraham Lincoln wearing his military costume, where, under a giant banner proclaimed "Mission Accomplished," he declared the end of war later changed to the end of major combat in Iraq.

There's going to be a celebration held in NYC for this historic event. And that's not all. There's also going to be a costume contest. The contest will consist of funny military outfits. The winner will receive an all expense paid trip to Iraq, and Cheney will be there to greet the winner with flowers just as the Iraqi people greeted us with flowers.

In order to catch the first prize, voters will have to agree that the winners military costume is more outrageously funny than Dubya's "Fly Boy Suit".

Good luck to all.
