I heard the rumor that Apple was planning on buying Power Computing as well... well, that's one way to solve the OS licensing problem. :) If there is any truth to the rumor, you can kiss this IPO goodbye. Apple doesn't even have a CEO yet, so I would be surprised if they bought any business prior to solidifying their own management. Just my two cents...
