A popup stopper won't help you.

Remove Kazaa.

Run Adaware ( lavasoft.de )
to remove the Gator junk, plus a ton of other spyware you likely have had "installed for you" over time.

Then install Kazaa Lite.

Hollar if you're running Win9x before you do the above, as forcefully removing the spyware junk can break your network stack on Win9x.
