CR, You say Bush is smear and fear. What do you think of the Kerry ads - eg Moveon.ORG. If those things bother you - speak honestly - both sides are guilty. My biggest complaint with Kerry is that his campaign - as illustrated by kerry spirit and Chinu - is one of hate. As for jobs - you simply - if you want an intelligent discussion cannot ignore that bursting of the internet bubble and the impact of 9/11. To simply ignore these events is a total discredit to yourself. The issue is how do we best recover from a recession. Do we use the coming growth to restrict spending and move toward balance - or do we move to more spending? I challenge you to be honest in your assesment of how we got to where we are and to focus on how best to move ahead. To focus on the impacts of the recession and ignore its causes is as dishonest as any post made by Chin and ks. Bob
