ZSue: My preference is to buy under 10. I missed the opportunity a few days ago, and worry that the short term chance may have expired. I expect a tech stock rally starting last Monday. It has yet to pick up steam, but it should soon. How long it will last is very up in the air. Irrational exuberance and all. Peter
