Kerry is through, but I will predict that Arlen Specter will sneak by in his primary Tuesday.
I have been watching the states northeast from Michigan and Ohio up to Maine for many decades. America has long since given up on them.
There is a lack of character, guts and brains across the whole region. Their best and brightest have long since moved west and south, leaving the human flotsome, on which societal decline is built, behind.
That part of America twice stood off the Hanover King of Britain, won the Civil war, and built the American economy.
But it's all over for them now. The disease of America's cultural deterioration is centered in the eastern Midwest, New York, and New England. In Pennsylvania an Arlen Specter and a nose-picking Tom Ridge is the Republicans' speed. They just can't manage the kind of imagination, vision, or strength of character it takes for a people to seize their own destiny. The disease of the region is exemplified in the people they choose for the Senate: Corzine, Torrecelli, Clinton, Schumer, and Specter. Each personifies the sliding, failing, moral corruption of their people.
I do not wonder that the subhuman Islamics chose that region to start the war on 91101.
The Republicans of Pennsylvania will give Arlen Specter their nomination, because the people who live in that state-and the states to their north-are simply too stupid to have the vision to do anything bold.
