Not strange at all, since no matter what one's position is (long or short), they would have to agree that there hasn't been any impressive public news or anything that's widely known that obviously bodes well for BOCI. But that's what I mean about the agnostic part: I believe that somebody must know something that is causing the price to rise. I find it hard to believe that "bottom fishing" could support the stock in the face of everything you think is wrong. But then again, nobody (especially brokers) ever went broke UNDERestimating the public.
