From Yhoo Group - Subject: Quote.Com Transistion

The purpose of this post is to update you on recent activities here
at Quote.com.

As we announced in a post here on 2/27/04, we are in the process
of transitioning the Quote.com business from our Mountain View
office to our corporate headquarters in Massachusetts. The purpose
of this move is to provide a higher level of support for Quote.com
products, particularly QCharts. This transition will take place in
the next few months. We are making every effort to insure that our
customers do not experience any disruption while we make this
transition. Please note that the key operational aspects of our
business (i.e. the servers and operational staff) are not affected
by this move. The move is limited to Customer Services and Product
Development.

QCharts is a very important business for us. We have heard your
desire for more robust systems, better quality data, and more
responsive customer support. It is exactly this input and our
sincere commitment to offer a better product and service to our
customers that formed the basis for this decision. In addition, we
are a making significant investment in the product, including a
major upgrade in processing capability that will be coming online by
next quarter.

Simply put, our goals are to increase the level of customer
communication, to focus our resources on your needs, and to work
together to build a better QCharts moving forward. We appreciate
your statements of concern and those of support. We are listening
and sincerely hope that, in the coming months, particularly after we
complete the transition, you will see our commitment in action.

Sincerely,

The Quote.com Team.
