You certainly won't get any aurgument from me about your earnings projections for q3 and q4. Looking back, i had posted a projection of .66 for fiscal 97. On several occassions the issue of low float and liquidity of EDUSF have been discussed. It posses additional risk as it would hamper any sudden exodus without a dramatic influence on share value. It also enhanses upward momentum as supply is quite limited. I agree that Isreali stocks in general command lower PE's then US companies. Did some searching on software companies in Isreal and they are numerous. Just looking at several Isreali Software companies listed on NASDAQ PE ratios are spread widely. A few including PE and Market Cap ACNTF (-) ; 29 Mil ALDNF 15; 120 Mil EDUSF 16; 41 Mil MGIC 64 ; 34 Mil SPNSF 94 ; 106 Mil CHKPF 38 ; 884 Mil IDANF (-) ; 22mil DDDDF 28; 206 Mil I'm not sure why EDUSF trades at a lower multiple although i think it will improve if EDUSF proves the present growth phase is sustainable. I also feel that the key ingrediant is the sale by Degem of a portion of EDUSF. The sale to a large company will expose EDUSF to a greater market and a higher tier of investor. From my conversations with CEO ( Manachem Hasfari ) in Dec. 96 and July 97, I feel that management has the expertice, resourses and the direction to build this company. From my conversations with Steve Niederman Pres. US Operations, I'm confident that the CEO has secured capable and dedicated personel to assist in this goal.
