The rightwing Moonies recently bought UPI too. They also own the Washington Times. The Wasington Post and NY Times have been accused by the rightwing of being biased, yet during the 2000 and 2002 campaigns plus the two years between their net coverage was more positive toward Bush than Gore and Democrats. Some say it was because the rightwing intimidated them, but whatever the base, any liberal bias in the media is gone into history. Honest conservatives admit it doesn't exist and we may even have a rightwing bias now, certainly we have a big one on radio. Back in the 70's there may have been a liberal bias, but that was 30 years ago.
