well, I don't expect to change AS's mind.

I just try to provide some rational counter-point
to the mindnumbing repetitive spin.<g>

Besides, I really believe that there are no
objective news outlets at all. There is
a bias, whether left or right, in every organization.

As a result, I credit those who go against their
bias to attempt an accurate report. Charlie Gibson
tried that yesterday and was shut down by an
indignant Kerry. But Kerry did himself no
favors in that interview.

I don't know whether this is a joke or really
happened, but somewhere I saw/read/heard that
Kerry had a microphone episode after the Gibson
interview where he murmured something like
The Bush people must be behind this, as
if ABC were a bastion of conservative leanings...LOL

Whether true or not, the sentiment is there. Anyone
who questions Kerry is an evil handmaiden of the
Bush camp. Why can't it be that legitimate
questions need to be asked of him??

that level of hypersensitivity does not support his
candidacy, IMO.
