U.S. markets - phase-in of short selling signal. I failed to pick up the Hussman commentary yesterday and reading it this morning I classify him as a change from Bull to Bear, based upon his assessment of his "Market Climate". This makes my "Elves" 3-1-2 bullish (Lowry's, Stack and Sullivan as bulls) and my long standing position, in line with own assessment, is to begin phasing in a bearish position with my assets when two (now Russell and Hussman) go negative. I am taking that position primarily with RYVNX. I will add as/if/when more go negative. Russ, with the markets at 10400 on the DOW (as a rough measurement) this method at holding off on the short side has proven its worth. Now if the markets go up from here......
