Ron,

REK was desperate when sales flattened out so early. There was never a hint in the past that DMX was looking for a partner in Canada. Who knows what the contract between DMX and Solvay looks like. If Solvay has all the Pennsaid rights, perhaps they will be the only ones that will be able to get value out of the DMX assets. There will be no other vultures to fight off for the DMX carcass.

Due to the poor disclosure and downright dishonesty from this company over the years, I have no faith in management. Despite following every little scrap of information that came out in the last 5 years, I fear that many people know more about the true state of the company than I could ever hope to. I've finally figured out that I'm the sucker and I'll let somebody else feed the pot from now on. I won't be disappointed in the least if the stock doubles or triples from here. In the long run I'll be better off by staying away from investments with a poor risk/reward ratio.
