I spoke with Mr. Kevin McGrath in investor relations today. The questions I had were concerning the increase in shares to 100,000. I think the general public misunderstands this. (Including me) Here is the dirt: This merger is already complete. The authorized shares were already at 75,000. This Thursday’s meeting will address the name change and the increase in authorized shares. AUTHORIZED SHARES ARE NOT ISSUED SHARES! There is only aprox. 20 MIL. SHARES IN THE FLOAT. There is no dilution in the float. The one question I forgot to ask is: Does the weapon release a large thunder clasp? What an adrenaline rush it must be to fire that weapon! My opinion: Good weapons sell themselves.
