How can such a large volume trade today and not sendthe price through the roof?

I think you need to hit the books and learn about BB stocks and MM's rules and regulations.
A. They can do naked shorts any time they feel like it.
B. There is no time frame in which they have to cover.
C. Every investor can have their cert. delivered and the MM's can still short.
D. No other investors are or have been able to short OVIS cause it's a BB stock. Hence you don't have any borrowed certs. out there.

Buy the co. not some hype that a short squeeze is going to send this to $200 (laugh!!) even $2.00

IMO The Acquisitions are going to cause some dilution- issuing more stock to make the deals.
The money has to come from somewhere, and it is not in the Co's pocket, refere to 10 q's >I have more money in my bank account and mine is pethetic.
So we don't realy know what 12 month earning are going to look like.
I would have felt alot better with an anouncement of singed contracts for 15 mil.

I remember in March buying stock at .50 thinking cool ! OVIS is going to show .50 eps this year $400,000 with 980,000 shares. this stock is a $5.00 stock.. then reality hit. 2 million more shares.

Right now they'er probably figuring out how many million shares to issue group X for the millions in cash to give as a down payment and how many million the new Co. gets to finalize the deal.

Please correct me if I'm in error, cause my$ money depends on correct info.
