1967 - Nassar had expelled the UN cut off Israeli shipping and clearly was saber rattling, troop movements on the borders.

Nasser did not expel the UN. He told the UN to abide by the 1956 armistice. Israel blocked the UN from doing this, so the UN left.

Following Israel's illegal 1956 invasion of Egypt, the UN was mandated to put peacekeeping troops on both sides of the border. Egypt agreed, but Israel refused. Why? Because Israel wanted to be able to attack Egypt again, and they did in 1967.

Yes, Nasser was saber rattling. He was trying to scare Israel into not attacking him. It didn't work. It took Sadat's demonstration of military force in 1973 to finally teach Israel to stop attacking Egypt.
