However, I do tend to trust someone who says "I just got off the phone with JTS a few minutes ago, and they say earnings are out sometime next week...they couldn't provide any specific information." I have a VERY minimal amount of "fun money" invested in JTS, and it's not worth either a buck, or my time to call IR. It is intolerable for a company not to set a specific date for an earnings announcement and then announce on that date. In my experience every time a company delays an earnings report it ALWAYS foreshadows bad news (ie ESOL). I have NEVER heard a company say "well, we don't know exactly when earnings will be released, but we will release them sometime soon." Besides, judging by management's past management, this does not come as a suprise. I will however be suprised if the earnings are acceptable. MG
