Another unmitigated nincompoopish post. Both bills were introduced and are supported solely by Democraps. Charles Rangel in the House, and Fritz Hollings (D-SC) is the sponsor in the Senate. "Congress" didn't bring those bills, or any other. Two (2)Democraps did. You -- and your uneducated source -- should learn how your government works before spreading utter crap. "Current agenda of the Federal Government."? Do you really think Rangel and Hollings are conspiring to sneak it by us after the Presidential elections? If you think so, the only rational thing to do is to vote Republican, defeat Rangel and Hollings, and the 13 liberal democrat co-sponsors in the House, like McDermott and Jackson-Lee. Rangel has been all over t.v. with his support for this for months, if not longer. What planet are you on? Sheez.
