It looks reasonable at this point, and seems to provide something of an accounting. One should keep in mind that it also includes those who were killed by the IRAQIs and SUICIDE BOMBERS, NOT just by American military. If there is such thing as a "humane" war, this was definitely it as far as the Americans' conduct.

10,000 civilians dead, even if true, would be far fewer than would have died as a result of Saddam's policy over the last 12 months.
