Drudge is probably PAID by the RNC. If not, then he's a willing partner and in close contact. Remember, RNC head Ed Gillespie was the notorious Enron PR lobbyist who manufactured huge cover up lies for protect Enron from scrutiny. Gilespie is well known as one of the most unscrupulous professional liars in the country. It is right up his alley to work closely with ruthless propaganda artists like Drudge, Hannity and Limbaugh to orchestrate "Kerry scandals" no matter how dishonest and un-factual. Do a search for "drudge rnc" you come up with dozens of matches, but you weed through them, I don't have time. Also, every campaign, especially the ruthless rightwing ones, have major "opposition research" divisions. Bush's must be the biggest and highest funded of all time. They are deliberately putting out phony dirt to distract the public's attention from the very serious situation in Iraq which is Bush's responsibility. It's all about distraction. Especially because if Bush had taken Kerry's advice on Iraq, none of this awful quagmire stuff would be happening.
