Andrew, I'd quarrel with one of your rules. A valuable lesson I learned in my youth in Las Vegas is never leave the table on a winning hand. Keep playing and betting more size as long as you're hot. The time to get up and go to the men's room is when you've lost a few hands. I use the same philosophy trading.

But who can argue with your return? It's very impressive in my opinion.
