I don't have a problem with Ms. Clinton expressing her opinion but she broke the rule of keeping them within borders while our soldiers fight a war.

I'm not clear on your point. You seem to be concerned that she said what she said to a foreign newspaper and that the same message would have been within bounds if told to a US paper, where it could be picked up by London papers and Arab papers around the world. I'm struggling to see how that distinction is meaningful.
