O.K. people ENOUGH with this REG S stuff, the markets have already had a month to digest this news [ which by the way WIND was very up front about] and the stock responded by going up 8-10 pts. It's obvious that no one on this thread really knows anything about the goodness or badness of this type of offering, so stop the speculation [sound like some of those nuts on TV predicting doom only to see the market throw it back in their face]. Myself I'm a believer in WIND's technology , after all they went to Mars, and they haven't let me down yet! So unless you REALLY know what your talking about, save it for' the world is coming to an end' thread.....M
