I'm pleased to say I never came around to his way of thinking about most issues. But somehow, putting a few years on DOES have a tendency to move many people to the right. Of course, there are some who "never get it".

But don't give up. Liberalism *CAN* be cured, and often goes away by itself given a little time... ;)

Well, you go from not having squat to being financially comfortable. It changes your "deep seeded convictions", if you know what I mean.
