Actually, I think your accusation is pretty funny, considering the broader canvas. What do Paul O'Neill, Joe Wilson, Richard Clarke, and John McCain have in common? Not much, except that they've all been relentlessly trashed by W's political operatives and associated agents, not to mention SI's legions of true believer camp followers, for the heinous crime of doubting one element or another of the gospel according to W. Woodward seems to be the exception for unknown reasons, apparently the operatives think they can spin that one out the other way. It's a change of pace, anyway. |
