Libya has not been a terrorist threat to us in 15 years.
Lt. Colonel Karen Kwiatowski exposed the White House ruse. At the DOD under Rumsfeld (with Cheney really running things it seemed) she handed in her intel report on Libya which showed Gaddafi was no longer radical or dangerous to us, but wanted to make peace and oil deals. Her report was taken away from her, totally changed and came back saying Libya was still a threat. This so Cheney-Bush could prove they won a "victory" in the war on terror. Actually it was just a big oil deal with Gaddafi benefitting Texas companies and the Libyan dictatorship, but will have no affect on US citizens or safety. Iraq was not a terrorist threat to us either, just sent checks to Palestinian terrorist families, just like close Bushie friend Saudi Arabia. Saddam was a menace but mainly just to his own people.
