Ciao, There is (was) a lot of Québec public corporations that were managed primary for the benefits of the principal shareholders. It was not the case of the Poitras Family. If one day, you travel in Québec Province, take the time to trip around the Berthier region. You will be amazed first by the scenery and secondly by the industrial strengh of this region: Garand (St-François de Montnagny where my mother come from(I still remember one of the Garand daughter who did the central page of Playboy, a first form a French Canadian); IPL Plastic (some accumulation by insiders on this one in past months).
