That's BS. I've read several stories about my local airports and how they failed the security tests, all prior to 9-11.

This story about Logan is cherry picked because it's in Kerry district...nothing else. And Kerry did exactly what any senator would do with that information, get a staff member to forward it to the appropriate agency...which is what he did. Obviously you've never written your own senator about a problem you're having. I have written many times...always the response is slow and mostly inadequate...and this is from both republicans and democrats. You think they can respond to every letter immediately and in depth? Usually not.

But compare the president's reaction to Tenet's hair being on fire. He goes on a record vacation...Ashcroft stops flying on commercial flights...and America is attacked...all the while Tenet's hair is on fire.

Now you want to blame Kerry because he properly addressed a constituent's letter?

You're nuts pal...Bush has the lion's share of the responsibility as he was preinformed of the attack, the investigations and the intent...yet he went on vacation. Will the buck ever stop at Bush's desk?
