Bill, I think it could go a fair bit higher yet......

I don't know why there's been the move. Could be that the sector is
back in favour (witness BTUI who have been strenthening ahead of VTC),
or that money's moving towards small caps, or that there's good news
leaking out of the company.

Whatever the reason, the company seems to be well positioned to announce
a good quarter (5c+), and *if* they do, then the stock price
could again go through $2.

The last quarter's report showed costs are nicely under control, and
that the development expenditure associated with the new product
should now be absorbed. If the sales levels continued to pick up,
then the current and next quarter could be relatively strong. This
would cause a real change of sentiment.

I first bought into this stock above $2 (groan), but averaged down
somewhat over the last year. I haven't yet reached a break even, and
emotionally I will be tempted to sell should I do so. However, my
head is telling me that there could be a lot more upside to come here,
and that selling too quickly now could be a mistake. Optimistically
this could be at $3 in 8 months time.
