All of the Vietnam stuff is meaningless. Today is what is real. To me kerry will say things at the spur of the moment that are beneficial at the time. It is a character flaw that has to be evaluated. Each candidate is flawed - as are most humans! Let's see what the funding plan for the promises is - and don't tell me eliminate the Bush upper bracket tax cuts - it does not add! Put credible numbers on the table - he likely wins - it is that simple. Free lunch for the masses will never be passed up - if it is credible.
