Well, lets put it this way. I started buying when it hit 11 3/8 down to 10. Even at 11, 15-16 in 4-6 months is your upside, and 9 7/8 is your downside. Draw your own conclusion. However, if the recent awre rise was do to the overall market, then you will see low 10s again, soon.
