Al, No one is asking "the gates" to fork up anything remotely approaching everything

A tax hike here, a tax hike there, and pretty soon it'll be pretty hard for anyone to be rich, except those who were already rich before the tax hikes. No wonder Kerry wants to raise taxes.

By the way, the truly untenable position is the "reverse Keynesian" theory you propose just to pay for new bureaucracies in the guise of "universal health care."
