It's very kind of you fellows to so delicately dance around the reality that these death cults that draw on primitive Semitic superstitions for legitimacy are at this point in time a curse on humanity.

Perhaps what we need as an alternative is some sort of apocalyptic flavor of 19th century robber baron capitalism - something like "Let me loot and pillage or I'm taking the ball home for good".

Nevermind that. It would appear that we already have a blend of the two well underway.
