Kalani Jones Promoted to President of American Technology Corporation; Nominated to Join Board of
Directors at Upcoming Annual Meeting of Shareholders
SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 29, 2004--American Technology
Corporation (ATC) (Nasdaq:ATCO) announced today it has promoted Kalani
Jones to president. Jones will also continue in his position as chief
operating officer. Jones joined ATC in September 2003 after having
held senior management positions at General Instrument, Tachyon, Inc.
and IOMEGA. Jones is an engineer and holds an M.S.E.E. degree in
Digital Communications and Digital Signal Processing from USC.
