In the BIG picture, no, not at all,... To alter the mind set of the program trading architects, would require a registered dead body count over 7,500 at this point in time,... However, the US Military Intelligence Dept has a firm grip on the media coverage, so hence, even a larger dead body count would be blanketed from the US citizens,... and should not have any effect on your plan of action.
