A command line program that searches DOS files like GREP would come in handy. Less overhead than find in windows.

Can yu get pipes in DOS/XPdos? I ferget. Does -

fit alien xfile 100 on | somefile.txt

-or-

fit alien xfile 100 on > somefile.txt

work?

What langwhich is C'andwich? It looks vaguely fermilyer. Is it a dialect of Welsh?

Is there any other code to this window expanding beasty? That is not in C, is it?

Do you need a free C compiler to compile it?

I have Turbo C++ 4.5 for windows. I guess I could use that.
