A few Google details from the S-1:

2003 revenues were $961mm. 2003 net income was $105mm, or 41¢/share diluted. 2002 revenues were $347mm, and 2002 net income was $100mm, or 45¢/share diluted. (Yes, that's right, 2003 net income was down from 2002.)

1Q 2004 revenues were $389mm vs $178mm in 1Q 2003, and 1Q 2004 net income was 24¢/share vs 10¢/share.

The S-1 gives no hint of the offering price. The IPO is designed to be an auction to minimize the first day pop.
