Thoughts: He's been there since Sept. '03, and things have been running smoothly, since he came on board. I expect his promotion is a reflection of his ability(s) and that he and Norris have the same goals and are, umm, compatible. His main functions are to keep the products heading into the market and get volume production cranking. Team building would be a part of accomplishing the above. Best, Savant
