Using the data supplied in the S-1, $20bln valuation is extremely overpriced and even $10bln valuation is not attractive for investment. This is not surprising, since very few IPOs are attractive and the famous ones are not even worth looking at. But then I am a conservative value-Buffettology investor, so I will shut up and let the growth-momentum folks have their field day. I hope that they carry and hold Google at the fantastic valuations so that a number of great Google employees can sell their shares after lockout and enjoy great financial rewards. Jurgis
