I was listening to a co-worker who was talking about the "anti-American bias of BBC". I was curious about this because I hadn't seen it. It turned out he meant that all the coverage was about the crap that was going down in Iraq and that there was too much coverage of the indigenous people (who were anti-American).

I found it odd that for the Beeb to cover "anti-American" stories was TO BE anti-American in this person's eyes. If one wants to hear all the good stuff going on in Iraq, check out "Stars and Stripes."

I politely said that "A lot of Brits feel that Blair buckled under Bush pressure and should never have agreed to go in with the US in search for the non-existent WMDs. They feel they were deceived." I left it at that. What's the point? I've seen that from discussion on SI. When some people make up their mind, they don't want to be confused by the facts.
