Water garden. Pump went bad. Sue called a place in California, gave them the dimensions and they sent a new pump. 1" outlet instead of a 2" outlet. Trips to 3 different plumbing places to get the parts. It almost works but it's loud and doesn't pump enough water. Call them, they made a mistake, send it back, credit and get a bigger pump with a discount for their mistake.

I hump the thing out, clean it up and Sue calls. No. They won't take it back and no discount on another pump. My fault.
