Count me in the "No Opinion" camp at this point. On the plus side, YDIW has had some nice sales growth and it is profitable. On the negative side, they went public via a reverse merger.

Getting their hands on that cash is huge for them and the TeraBeam shareholders have a liquidity event. Win-win.
