Glenn What about those "VEGA ACQUISITION COSTS" - $645,000 for a used and stolen hockey stick machine! If the damages of $150,000 is in there and there are start-up costs ($100,000?) QDRX probably paid $400,000 for the machine - and that didn't include goodwill and customers since it was 9 months before a contract came in. The judge ordered APT to post $200,000 bond if they took the machine before the case was heard and you can bet he doubled the value of the machine when he came up with that number. So QDRX paid $400,000 for a $100,000 machine. There has been no PR about QDRX suing VEGA's former owners or about pressing criminal charges. All of that hubris Jim Palermo showed for ADP should now be directed against the former owners of VEGA - shouldn't it? Perhaps Jim is just too embarrased after spending 4 times what its worth or maybe........ ?
