Tom Brokaw tonight did exactly that on his news show. Yeah, GDP growth is good, but the dark side is inflation. Watching it, one would never guess the news was good. The major/elite news media is sooooo obvious at this point, but the question is how much of the public is aware of the slant? After all, 45% of the country say they will vote for Kerry.
