Better yet, you could provide enough information that someone could help. How long is long? How many characters get posted? What OS is he/she using? What browsers is he/she using and what are the version numbers of the browsers? Has he posted items this long in the past with this many characters? If yes, did he install anything on that computer recently? Is this machine behind a firewall? Is there a proxy server between this machine an the internet? What is the size limit for posts on SI?
