Yes the world is a safer place than it was at the time of 9/11. The proof is in what happens on our own territory---America.

If America had ignored those incidents and turn the other cheek to be hit again-----we would have had the devastation in every city in America---Chicago, San Francisco, Dallas for example----- as was experienced in New York and Washington.

We took the hit on the East coast and I don't want to see that devastation ever again here.

And, yes as long as there is the concept of terroism and war we will regretfully have people dieing in battle.

If you or Kerry have a recipe for making this a world free of war, we would all welcome that. At this time in history, war is a fact.
